Duties/Responsibilities: To deliver at all times the highest quality of beverage and food service and customer service and customer care that is demanded of Clontarf Castle Hotel. To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with established standards in the hotel. To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures. To maximise sales and revenue in the bars at all times. To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner. Previous experience working in a busy hotel bar lounge essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on ones own initiative. Strong customer focus essential.
