Head Chef, 4 Star, Sligo; A busy four star hotel in Sligo is currently looking to recruit a Head Chef; The ideal person should be a strong kitchen manager, who has good organizational skills, has a passion for food and aims to deliver quality food on a consistent basis. A good working knowledge of HACCP, its implementation and monitoring is essential. A good financial sense of food margins and labour costs are also necessary.
